At Digibyte Kraft IT Solutions ("we", "us"), we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing and IT services. This Return & Refund Policy explains how refund requests are processed for the services you purchase from us.
Refund requests must be raised in writing to info@digibytekraftitsolutions.org within 7 days of the original payment, along with a brief reason. Refunds apply only to services that have not yet been delivered or where work has not substantially commenced. Custom development, design work and ad spend already executed are non-refundable.
Once a refund is approved by our team, the amount will be settled back to your original payment method within 3–4 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 2–5 days for the credit to reflect in your account.
You may cancel an ongoing retainer or subscription at any time by writing to us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; we do not pro-rate partially used months.
Third-party costs (ad spend, hosting, domain registration, premium tool subscriptions, paid integrations) and any consulting hours already delivered are non-refundable.
